Consumers residing in California are afforded certain rights with respect to their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This section applies to the extent the CCPA applies to you and your personal information (as that term is defined in the CCPA).
Your rights under the CCPA
You have the right to know what personal information has been collected about you, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. You also have the right to request more details about the personal information we collect and how and why we use and share it. In addition, you have the right to access that information free of charge or to have that information deleted under certain circumstances, subject to the restrictions provided by the CCPA. An authorized agent may also submit a request on your behalf, provided that you must provide the authorized agent with signed, written permission to make such requests or a power of attorney. We may also contact you to verify your identity before processing the authorized agent’s request.
